What are your goals? Experienced runners have many different goals. Do you have a special event or two that you would like to train for, a PR you are trying to reach? Do you need to run at a certain pace for a certain distance for the Military or Police Academy? Do you need help defining your goals? Are you getting injured more often?
Procedure: We begin with the questionnaire and the Consent & Release forms. Download these two documents on the Contact Information & Rates page, fill them out and send them to me. Through the questionnaire, I get to know your goals, your likes and dislikes, your schedule, your current fitness level… In this way, your training plan can be personalized for you, your schedule, meeting your needs.
After the questionnaire, a phone call completes the information gathering. I can begin your training plan when we both can see where you want to be. You will receive instructions and a training plan written just for you with details about each and every run.
Injury, work schedules, sick kids, etc can all impact your training. If needed, your training plan can be revised to work around whatever life throws your way. Support: Phone calls during business hours on weekdays; and unlimited email support all the time.
