There are plenty of training plans on the web helping people reach their running goals.  So, who needs a coach?

 

A coach is for anyone who needs someone to offer help in setting realistic goals, short-term and long-term; a customized training plan for the individual runner based on his/her schedule and present fitness level; email/phone support, virtual or in person guidance…

 

Are you interested in running for the first time or are you returning to the sport after a layoff ?  Are you an established runner who is seeking clarity in his/her training?  Is there a special event you would like to excel in?  Is your training getting stale or do you feel you’re just dodging injuries?   Are you in need of outside motivation?

 

These are just a few of the instances where a coach can help.
